Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Client Management Studio (“Studio”). By requesting access or signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Studio is an invite-only tool for managing clients, projects, payments, offers, and related documents. Access requires an account that has been activated by the operator. Pending registrations cannot use the studio until activated.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
- You must provide accurate information when requesting access.
- Do not attempt to access another user’s workspace or circumvent access controls.
- The operator may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at any time, including for abuse or security concerns.
Your content
You retain ownership of the client, project, payment, and document data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Studio to you. You are responsible for having the rights to store any client or business information you enter.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Studio for unlawful activity
- Probe, scan, or disrupt the service or other users’ data
- Upload malware or attempt to reverse-engineer security controls
- Resell or sublicense access without permission
Availability & changes
The Studio is provided as-is for personal/professional use. Features may change. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for lost business from downtime or data entry mistakes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Studio. Total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to zero fees paid by you for the service in the prior twelve months (currently access is invite-only and may be provided without charge).
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
